Cottage. 1719 with mid C20 alterations. Coursed limestone rubble with ashlar quoins and thatched roof. Single coped gable with kneelers. Single stone gable and ridge stacks with brick flues. 2 storeys plus garrets, 2 bays. Windows are mainly C20 glazing bar casements. Front has an off-centre 8-panel C19 door with wooden jambs, and C20 thatched porch hood on posts. 3 casements, those to right with keystoned flat arches.. Above, 2 casements with wooden lintels and to right, a C19 5/10 glazing bar sash, and beyond it a casement. Above again, to right, a 4- light casement in a thatched dormer. West gable has a casement on each floor, that to the garret being larger. Above it, a coped datestone inscibed 'W C ~17l9'. Rear has a casement and a close boarded door and above, 2 casements, all with wooden lintels.
